[ADMIN ABUSE] Banned for killing clan/admin members on US 842

[Newsflash 6]

Just killed two LatezZ members on US 842 Dallas. Names: KingNothing and Tongasaur. Was promptly banned from the server after killing them at their horribly placed tents.

My in-game name: Newsflash.

The ban message: "You were kicked off the game. (BattleEye: Banned (Visit Quick-Gaming.net to appeal this ban.))

Hey,

I am one of the owners of the server. The admins in question were not in the wrong. They concluded that your "party" was gaining an unfair advantage by using cheats. It has become very hard to be 100% accurate as to who the hackers are. Many admins are on a witch hunt with the ever growing number of cheaters. I would be lying if I said we do not feel the same way. We get around 10-15 cheaters per day across all the servers that we run. In order to provide a fair environment, we try to be swift with our punishement. Nevertheless, we strongly believe in due process and you are free to explain your side of the situation. All we ask is that you are an adult about it, no reason to throw around accusation before we can come to an agreement. Regardless, we are very sorry that it has come to this.

If we are in the wrong, I personally pledge that we will put further safeguards in order to assure that only cheaters are getting banned. The admins on our servers do a very good job and represent our community as a whole.

there was no cheating i was on the east hill watching u guys come in

after they killed ur clan mates they got banned

i play w/ them alot n haven't seen anything suspicious... killing a player doesn't = hacking

so tell ur clan mates to stop QQ'n

p.s. ask little eskimo how'd he get a ghillie suit x2 coming to the XXX tents w/ his patrol pack ...pretty much noob gear w/ ghillies

Not much to discuss? We killed your friends at their underwater camp and they banned us for it... They believed they were safe because they were going underwater, when in reality, I had already seen one going underwater and was waiting in ambush for him. I then proceeded to die from the other player I didn't see. After that my friend killed them both and by that time I had come to retrieve my gear. We waited for them to return again and when they did, we killed them and were banned on the spot.

I have spoken with one of them and received an apology so I consider the situation resolved as soon as I am unbanned. I will not be playing on this server again, I just want my 'record' to be clean, however obsolete that really is.

I shall unban all of you that were banned during that incident. Keep in mind that Quick-Gaming.net is not a clan but is a community that welcomes anybody.

We have had different servers in many different video games throughout our existence. This is the first time where there is a game which has strong rules set into servers. We have a simple concept in mind, as we are allowed to in different games, that it's our server, we can do whatever we want. We pay massive amounts of money each month to provide a server for which the population can play in. If we suspect a hacker, we ban him on sight, without any consequences. However with this mod, we have to be careful, or else we get blacklisted. Such a nuisance.

The situation as what I heard: KingNaathing suspected you for hacking. Unbeknownst to KingNaathing of what the consequences are, he banned you for hacking.

On behalf of KingNaathing and the others that were playing on the server with him, I am sorry.

This issue is resolved. I have unbanned you all. Please feel free to come back to the server at any time. Right now we have three very popular servers but are terribly plagued by hackers. US 252 can be an alternate for your friends and you because the LlatezZ friends do not play in it and it's is also in the top 10 ranking in the world. Also, [QG] is the official community tag for the community members. Not LlatezZ.
