Yes those are nations the reason people recruit for NATIONS is because of time difference and server latency. You are recruiting PURELY those with irish blood. Regardless of where they are in the world. If it is not racist then it is bigotry at the least. You are not recruiting those who live in ireland. simply those with Irish blood. So move along, i'm not irish so obviously my blood isn't the same as yours and therefore inferior. So please do not waste your time with me.

Yeah that was a personal bad but doesn't negate that fact.

To sum this all up, the definitions between racism and discrimination are blurred for a couple of reasons. So what you just picked up from Wikipedia isn't necessarily true.
