Is connection time ever going to decrease?

its takes 10+ min for me to get into a game... and i've already tried 6 servers to get into a daytime server.

I been trying since 12:00 (12:56 now) and still cantfind a server...

I had this problem, so I now I only choose servers in my country (you can tell by the country code in the host name), now I can start playing after just a few minutes. Hope that helps.

AFAIK server instability and load times are linked to the local server you're trying to access- something which will presumably be remedied over time as more/faster servers are added and it becomes less of a clusterfuck to join the more stable ones.

Funny is though that I take ages to make it into EU servers (Germany here) while some US server take less than a minute while having similiar number of players on them...

same here... EU servers are very slow to connect to (15 ms ping) the us one work very fast for me.
