I went into the school in Elektro(Oh boy, here we go) and I heard a guy consume a soda, so I stationed ready to fire. After a few minutes I said in direct chat

"I know you're there."

We exchanged words and he asked for a blood transfusion, I accepted and came up slowly with my gun lowered. He had an AKM. I gave him a blood transfusion, and after words he said "Thank you, needed that." and shot me many times in the face. All I had was a hatchet. Is this evil?

It happens. I don't understand the urge to kill people who aren't a threat, particularly if you've helped him. But oh well.

This sort of thing is happening more & more to the point that I've basically erased blood-bag transfusions from my survival strategies. Friendlies are now bandits, and bandits are still bandits.

As a solo player it's working out much better for me to kill everyone I find, and use cooked meat to raise my blood when it gets low. Downside is, there goes any fun I used to have with the social aspect of the game by bumping into complete strangers & co-surviving.

Does this game turn everyone into lying, cold killers, or are there still ACTUAL friendlies around?

haha something funny happened yesterday. me and a friend where in a server with only 12 ppl (us not counted) and we met goddamn 3 of 'm in half a second. First, when we wanted to loot elektro fire station, 2 guys where crouching trough the field, towards us. not taking any risk, we just bolted to the treeline. after 15 seconds, I see something move in the corner of my eye. when I turn my head, I see someone with a hatchet making his way to me. I lift my double barrel ready to unleash hell, when my friend comes from behind a bush and gets spotted by mr. hatchet. He starts screaming friendly on VOIP, and my friend throws in to just shoot him, because he wanted to kill us too. I type in detect channel we are chased by estimated 5 zombie's and 2 survivers, so we won't shoot you, we just run. he said he'll run with us

the , i see him lift his axe, and swing, he missed my buddy, as to the z behind him. Not trusting it, I stay behind a little, ready to end his life if needed. after seeing that shit again, I ask him to leave, or we will just kill him.

I think I was kinda friendly there?

I was sitting on a building in little ol' Electro with my tiny Enfield to kill me some players. I spot a guy running along the hillside towards my location so i crouch from my proned position and start shooting at him. Keep in mind i cant hit the side of a barn -- I'm about 8 days old and just getting the hang of actually getting to an enfield. He runs around zig-zagging and i dump a whole magazine before i lose him in the treeline / buildings of the town. I prone back down and continue looking for players. Soon did i realize he climbed the ladder to my building. I pop up and start shooting but this time he was ready and let his AK-74 rip. We bounced around for a while, missing eachother -- me because i suck at aiming and him because i had actual cover (hurray for chest high walls!).

In the end we decided over directional voice chat that it would be best not to waste any more ammo quoting the guy, "This isn't getting us anywhere". He climbed the ladder and was chummy for a while. I thought about shooting him in the head. Turned out i did hit him once and he was really low on health. So what did I do? I gave him a blood transfusion. He hung around for a while waiting for more players that never came. He left. I thought about shooting him in the head just as he was logging out. But he did log out with all his face intact.

That was my story.

i find it funny when people come up and decide to help me, it makes it funnier when you shot them in the back and they start raging about it, i prefer just to shoot them first anyway and loot the body for any medical or food i need :D

So earlier i was in the school in elektro, was pretty low on health, just scavenging for food to get my health up, being a loner and all, and all the sudden i hear some douchebag call up to me saying "i know you're there!" So i asked him to come up and blood bag me seeing as he was there and i had nothing to lose. Last mag of AKM, low on blood anyways, what else was i gonna do? This guy comes up, blood bags me and i thank him but then noticing him pulling his gun out, which got me nervous. Not wanting to die now, i instinctively pulled the trigger and brained him then double tapped to make sure the deed was done... Is this considered evil?

Too friendly, should have shot him the second he took that first swing. To the OP that is definitely evil and this is from someone who could care less about murdering some random fellow survivor. If someone helps me at all I will not murder them, but if someone surprises me I will not ask any questions as I shoot them in the face.
