Freezes every ~20-30 secs for 1-3 secs

yes, i have every ~20-30 secs a freeze for 1-3 secs, but not on all servers, but many servers, it makes me crazy....

i changed the graphicsettings in allmost all possible options, but the problem is still there. high - low - medium - normal......allways the same -.-

my mates says, yes you are ervery 20-30 secs portet some meters back from your position.

my system:

Athlon II X2 3,30 Ghz

4 GB Ram 1333

ATI HD 4850

Win 7 64 bit Prof.

DSL 16k (ping to german servers 35-45ms)

Anyone a idea oder solution? i just wondering, because that problem is not on every server, i would say on 6/10 servers.

well ...

using wlan? try to use vista antilag, or a cable..

or

it could depent on day/nighttime in combination with sun/weather .. the servers that are fine for your maschine... are they fine at any day/nighttime and weather conditions?

but... your pc should handle it with

newest driver installed, shadows disabled/low (test runs on several servers) video memory settings to "default" ..

please check...

at that times the game stucks... take a look at your led of the harddisk... does it seems like your pc works hard in that situations (oder wie wir sagen... "schrubbt er sich nen wolf"?) or look your pc idle (less harddisk activity)

in idle case... maybe a connectivity problem (cause your guys told you something about that lags and olympic like jumps)

in massive activity... cpu or gpu fights against collaps ... :)

and.. do you did that ramdisk think... if yes... undo :)

No W-Lan, but this idea with Harddisk make sense, cuz thats a IDE 133 with only 8 mb ram, i guess, not the fastest.

Day/Night no difference.

shadow in all possible ways configured, no difference as well. video memory is default. no difference in forrest, town or inside building, problem still there, but i try to defrag my hard disk now..take some time, maybe works :>

driver and windows up to date, bin ein fetischist was windwospflege angeht :D

i hate to disappoint you at this point... 8MB cash i not much but it not a logical think that the cash is responsible... in that case it would stuck on every server...

that led thing is only a diagnostic thing ans not a good either..

If you are using 6updater, try closing it from the backround when DayZ is running. 6uopdater caused those issues for me.

Then I swithced to DayZ Commander.

Edit. I only met 1-3sec freezes, not porting the character back.
