Just Starting Looking To Build A Team

I'm experienced with RPG/Survival games but not the best shooter. This game REALLY appealed to me after talking to buddies because I keep envisioning a group of 10 or so that are a tight knit brotherhood braving the world and surviving as a unit. I don't want to play a game like this solo or even with just a couple people. Nor do I want to join an already existing clan with tons of people. I want a smallish 10-12 man crew with good chemistry to make the game easier and more fun. I don't know anything about this game yet as I'm just finishing up the download now so if you're experienced and just looking to start a new character I'd love to have you as well.

I think it would be neat to build a Police Force honestly. Have a hierarchy eventually and trade off on patrols and duties etc.

BTW I hear it takes a long time to meet up but I'm willing to put in the work. I'm looking to be a good player and NOT a bandit though... just to make that clear.
