Okay, past experience of this game so far I can sum up in a few sentences.

Fun time exploring and finding guns and items to survive.

Meeting people to team up with, or to kill.

Hackers kill me or destroy everything I've attempted to obtain and keep.

Please, I am honestly sick and tired of people getting HACKED maps showing my tents, turning on GOD MODE, becoming INVISIBLE, SPAWNING items and CARS. Honestly, the bugs in the game aren't the problem, I've played for a little bit over a month now. I never once had a slight feeling towards a glitch in the game, maybe yeah my gun not spawning in my hands when I log into a server would make me a little upset. But when someone kills me, after I shoot them SEVERAL times in the head, and they walk at me, and talk and say HaHa, then kill me... makes me a little upset.

Or when I get teleported to BFE and a message shows up WELCOME TO THE THUNDER DOME, and all this gear that SHOULDN'T be there is just handed to people just to later die.

And I just love how some people can locate via name tags showing up on their screen with their hacks, displaying Names, Vehicles, and more things that shouldn't be their.

Hackers are everywhere, in every game, but when it feels like 50% of the entire community is hacking, I think its a problem.

I'm not mad. I'm concerned.

I might take a break, every server I've been on over the past few days have been hacked. This epidemic is spreading too fast for comfort. A word of advice, don't join populated servers with 30+ players, it's likely to be hacked in some shape or form within the hour.

Hacking is totally going to kill this game, sooner than later. I take it Battle-Eye wasn't made to handle such things in the first place, cheating in ArmA 2 is as easy as opening a console and typing in what you want (it really is as easy as that). The last 6 Attempts of me playing DayZ have ended in all of my group members being killed, telported, turned into animals or whatnot, and as far as I remember, there's nothing Rocket can do about it unless his game goes standalone which might be Christmas or probably later. I hope for the sake of anyone playing this that hacking will be sorted out, DayZ is currently a prime example of a game being hacked, I've never before seen so many hackers in a game, ever.

Funny you say that, I wake up and get a text from a buddy, hey man... we are getting sniped at our camp.

I text him and say... getting on.

I log on, their is someone behind us invisible with god mode on chatting and attempting to make (scary) noises.

I log out because I don't want to risk my gear... I log back in 30 minutes later. All of our camp is flattened.

Exact same thing happened to my group on DE #500, We were 7 people and without a sound we started dropping like flies to sniper bullets, no gunshots or everything, just headshots, I think I did see smokepuffs infront of us though, maybe a silenced handgun used in CQC by a hacker with some sort of invisibility, We were all in random locations throughout the camp and he managed to get us all in ~10 seconds, giving each one of us a shot to the head.
