AS50 TSW on this heli spawn

Found a crashed heli, not the crashed heli random spawns, an actual player crashed heli, and he has an AS50 TSW. I don't think this is a legit weapon, but I want to make sure before I pick it up. As far as I know it would of had to of been spawned into this server, am I correct?

Correct me if I am wrong, but you can pick it up, without getting banned. As long as you are not the one spawning it into the game, you can use it.

People don't like you using that stuff, and there is a chance that you can get banned, it's slim but can happen~

if Rocket said people that loot these items from other people and use them its ok, so it should be ok.

Don't be a tool and pick it up. If you know it's hacked in, you're no better then the guy who hacked it in if you use it.
