Get people out of Chern, and into the eastern-portions of the map. As it stands now, there's almost no reason for top-tier bandits/survivors to venture into any towns other than NW AF, Cherno or Elektro. Give players more reasons to shoot dudes in other places.One fire house in Berezino would draw a lot of attention, and would likely turn the city into an Elektrozavodsk-esq place.
