Char restoration?

I could have sworn I saw something on here posted by a dev that said you could ask them to have your char restored if a hacker killed you, which is what just happened to me.

Anyone know where this is? I can't seem to find it now..

Just replay your dude, you can have max gear in 1-2 hours dependent upon the server you join and what bugs and spawns you encounter.
