DayZ spawn Script?

So im trying to make a mission in the editor but i cant find a script that spawns units the way they do in DayZ. Does anyone know how to get units to spawn when your within a certain range of the spawn area, and then despawn when leaving area like in dayz?

well since this isn't in any way a cheat script and its related to dayz.. thought it would be best place.
