Ok, so I had a player on my server tell me that he spotted some guys spawning crates on my server. He said that I should look at my log files. Being new to server hosting (Day Z anyway), I looked at the logs, and noticed some weird things that didn't make sense. I noticed that vehicles were not updating locations, but were all ending up in the same area. I made my way to this area after noticing that a vehicle that was missing 4 wheels and gas ended up in this location as well. What I found was shocking. 2 tractors, 2 buses, 2 off road trucks, 2 bicycles, 1 ural, 1 car, 1 dirt bike, and a UH1H helicopter.... All were in bad shape, no fuel, etc.

It looks like someone literally teleported the vehicles to this location.... What can I do about this?

I made sure to destroy all the vehicles so they will eventually respawn, though the UH1H will not explode.... 300 rds from a M249, 15 shots from an AS50, and a frag grenade, could not kill it..... What gives?
