Found M40A3 from a camp, any repercussions for keeping it?

So I raided a vehicle base on a server today and in one of their vehicles there was an M40A3 that I took and the mags for it.

Now I know that it's a hacked weapon but are there any repercussions for keeping it or using it?

I've read around saying that someone was global banned for using a hacked weapon but I'm positive you only get global banned if you are actually hacking and detected by BE.

Nah keep it. God I love that gun..dont you wanna trade it? :D

You cant get banned for using it.
