To clear up why he's a hacker, he's using skins that are not in the game, and also, 10 minutes before, I shot down the other helicopter. There cannot be 2 helicopters in a server at the same time. For some reason someone other than him was driving and shit happens....

Lame as..they cannot operate the simple in game machinery..and then they shoot an unarmed player. - everything for shown skillz.
