Unlimited ammo from disconnecting can't be fixed fast enough

TL;DR Magazines refilling on disconnect needs to be fixed so that when some fucker wastes 3 mags trying to kill a unarmed newly spawned player they actually have to work to get that ammo back.

Story Follows:

I recently re spawned next to Cherno on a medium pop server (17-22). I didn't take more then a few steps before sniper shots from what I think was a DMR started raining down on me. I'm on the east side of cherno and my screen said FACTORY as I came in, so I knew I was close to the super market. I zig-zag my way there with shots hitting the ground all around me. He knicks me, putting me in shock and taking roughly 6000 out of my blood count. I duck inside the super market, bandage myself up, all the time he's taking pot shots through the doors and walls trying to hit me. Eventually I make a break around the block trying to get to the church when he hits me.

All in all he easily fired at least 50 shots at me. I have no idea where he got that much ammo, or why he felt content wasting it all on a fresh spawn, but I do know its very plausible for him to empty 5 mags down to 1 shot each, then when he disconnects and reconnects he suddenly has full ammo. Thus eliminating nearly any downside to wasting that many shots.

Confirmed Changelog (WIP):

* [FIXED] Ammunition amounts not loaded in properly (Now records used ammunition correctly)

* [FIXED] Graphical glitches with barbed wire (Rebinarized file should no longer produce graphical artifacts)

* [NEW] Additional optimizations to login process (further use of publicVariableClient to reduce network transmission)

* [FIXED] Respawn button not enabled when legs fractured (Now enables for fractured legs https://dev-heaven.net/issues/39161 )

* [FIXED] Excessive logging of player data in server logs (Disabled https://dev-heaven.net/issues/38784 )

In Process Changelog (WIP):

* [FIXED] Graphical glitches with dead bodies (Rebinarized file should no longer produce graphical artifacts)

* [FIXED] Converting between magazine types resets ammo count (Now only contains previous number of rounds)

Is this a recent change log? Or esomething expect in 1.7.3.5?

Won't stop dupers, OP. Or guys who literally have nothing but ammo in their inventory.

ull start duping used ammo mags if you use any of it

so ull have to carry one that you never use and only dupe that one

and i dunno about you peeps, but i only carry 3 nato mags and 2 stanag on me

I understand its a hot spot, but a player emptying 3 mags at a new spawn should face some repercussions right? I mean he's wasting a lot of ammo on nothing really.
