Here's how to stop Server Hopping

If a player leaves one server and joins another, he spawns in a different, random location. If he exits the server and returns to the same server he comes back to the same place.

This would also create a strong incentive for players not to ALT-F4

I was in the barracks this a.m. looking for SVD ammo when lo and behold, a player appeared right in front of me in the last room. 5 rounds of 5.56 to the groin and he went down. Literally 30 seconds later, another player appears to my left at the end of the hall. Click, click, click, down he goes. That is how you fix server hopping.
