'Data File too short' Error Message

I just downloaded and installed ARMA 2 + ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead, as well as the six launcher to play Day Z. None of my games seem to be loading. Will try Launching Day Z but a ARMA 2: OA error message pops up which says : "Data file too short 'c:\program files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\expansion\addons\characters_e.pbo'. Expected 673569908 B, got 580648960 B " once you click ok (the only option there is) nothing happens.

How can I fix this??

I am having this problem as well, was there a fix for this?

Reinstall the file its telling you is too short. For a mate it was one of the mod files so was easy.
