Way to suicide?

My other thread is being straight up ignored in an otherwise popular section of the forums, foricing me to repost... hopefully I can get some help here.

Long story short I'm stranded in the ocean and I'm not dieing, I need to respawn or commit suicide. If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

Starve/Thirst(?) yourself to death, it's the only way. unless you can see land of course

Like I'm legit an hour or two away if I swim... There is no map, I saw land, so I drove a boat out to try and get over there to find some gear, but after like 30 minutes of boating litterally the land isn't getting closer, and I ran out of gas, now I'm stuck in the ocean..

Is there a way to die?

edit: after 4 hours of sitting in the water waiting to die, i've finally died.
