Night Server

Can anyone recommend a veteran/expect server that runs close to east coast time?

And do servers get their times mixed up? I was playing on Chicago 20 last night that was only an hour behind me, so it was night for most of my play time yesterday. Today, at around 8:30 PM, it was 1:00 PM.

I know I am not in the majority here but I prefer to play when its dark and I have a hard time finding a server that is actually dark before 1 to 2 AM my time.
