Another newbie question (you can tell I haven't played ARMA for a while!!)

Right, basically I cannot toggle run! It's set to default to "2x left shift" but when I try this, OR when I try just holding it down to make me slower, it does not work :S

Also, how on earth do you open your inventory? I couldn't find the command anywhere in the controls??

I have a similar problem - occasionally, I get stuck in slow, and the left-shift toggle never gets me back to normal speed. I can do the double-w sprint, but no normal speed, just super-slow.

Sounds like your gonna have a bunch more questions:} The dayz wicki has all the answers. (example, how to use binoculours. Press B)

Also double tapping shift has always worked for me.

If you can't run you probably pressed right mouse button while not having a weapon. So you can't run 'cause you have nonexistend iron sights up. RMB again and should be able to run. Or just press G.

If you can't run you're probably in aim mode, try to right clik once then run .

sny number of keys can "get stuck" try right click and shift they are the usual suspects but I have had left and right strafe stick as well. just spam all your buttons, double right click or double shift is usually the one

Leaning is another one. If you double tap the lean buttons (Q or E) your guy will permanently lean to one side, walking slowly.
