Dying upon entering

So I just joined a server, I joined in (I'm in the middle of the forest, no one could have killed me) and I died instantly. Didnt get shot, and left the game last time with 10k blood. I then instantly respawn in what I think is the debug forest. I left after that. Last time this happened I respawned on the coast with all my stuff. Is there a way to spawn at the same place?

Its happened to me a few times, its usually when Im trying to find a daylight server and then I get in a game and it brings up the scoreboard and says in bottom corner ive been killed, Ive not however got the nasty You Have Been Killed red writing on the screen, so I get in another and its spawned me on the coast as a noob with all my shabang, Its not really a problem as long as theres no one around waiting for new spawn, Just dive into the nearest forrest and get those walking boots on, lol.

It does suck though

Then I always get the spawn across the map from where I should be lol.

Yeah this happened to me just before, I was at the lake Prad and was about to go to the airfield as well :(
