GB #500 hacker

Hi, this is the first time I've posted on the Day Z forum, to get straight to the point me and my friends were playing on the server GB #500 ( GB #500 (1.7.2.4/95417) [REG][GMT+0] Multiplay :: Immortallis - - - - - Clan Based Server ) at around 4:30 PM GMT. One of my other friends had previously died in electro and said 'that if you see the player 'Monk' die, that was me' as he had gotten into a fight with them. We did not see the character die, but a few minutes later, no more than three, while walking through a field near Pulkovo we were greeted by said player and their friend with a sniper rifle of some sort. Being in open fields there was no sign of approach and our location was around 5 km from where he had killed our other friend I don't see how he could have closed such a distance and without being seen without some sort of hacking. This linked with the fact he took two hits from my M14 AIM, the first of which I saw made him bleed though moments later without bandaging he was fine.

Now I would like to say this isn't some QQ post about complaining about dying but recently me and my friends have suffered quite a few deaths at the hands of hacking. I love this mod and cannot understand why people would take away from the point of the game in such a way.
