Mouse scroll and select activating on it's own

About 1 day per week I have this problem, but all other days it doesn't happen at all.

What happens is it scrolls through options (mouse scroll) and activates it (left click) for whatever I am looking at. When I look at a door it will open and close it without me pressing a thing. When I look at items on the ground it will ,on its own, scroll through the options and select one of them. When I have a main weapon and a secondary it switches between them over and over on it's own (requires scroll and click). Although when I have just a pistol it never shoots on it's own (left click). So there's something wrong with the interaction system or whatever you want to call it.

I have changed servers, changed mouse and keyboard and restarted my computer and the problem still persists. My controls are set to default. And remember that most days I don't have a single problem with this.

ps. where is everyone getting all this barbed wire to block off every building in every server?
