New player needs help

Hello,

So I decided to try out this awesome mod but the thing is that Arma 2 is confusing for me and now when I spawned I was in a place with a bunch of zombies around me and I am unarmed.

I'd appreciate if anyone would like to help me out or point me to some guides on how to start etc.

You can always die and respawn else where or try and run away such as zig zagging up hills or running through a building.

Other than that theres not much else you can do un till you get a weapon.

Well I spawned North and moved up north to Berezino and I'm having a good time here, if anyone is north we can meet up and play together if you want.
