Recently Died, Cant respawn

So i was out at the north west airfields on the ATC tower (air traffic control) and i was prone on the balcony area, as i got up from prone to crouched i glitched out of the fencing and fell off the side of the balcony to break my legs and shortly after die. I tried to re spawn like usual but ended up having a really long load time on the 'waiting for character to create' screen so i alt tabbed till it was done. When it was done i was in the debug forest and couldn't move or do anything, it had the loot symbol as if i can loot something but it disappeared as i pressed random keys, While there i could click the re spawn button and my character would fall and die but this whole thing would repeat with me back in the forest and un moving.

Any ideas if i can get a rollback/new character or if theres any way to fix this?
