ADD Radio to use Global Chat

I think it would have been cool if you could find a Radio, and when you got that in your toolbelt you can use the global chat channel :) not for speaking over with ingame Voice, but only writing.

would be cool with the radios, if they had military walkies with a range limmit of X amount of Km, that way you would know that you have players around you (if they choose to use it), and maybe get together for some teamwork.

I'd like it to be Global Chat, but a max range would be better than what we have now. Plus finding an item would keep the snipers happy because the people they snipe can't instantly respawn and say "Sniper in Electro" with out first finding a radio.
