FIX : no spawn location, inventory glitches, cant right click food properly? look here

ok this is my quick rundown on how to fix the annoying glitch of having the green inventory menu which hides right clicked items behind the menu, also fixes spawn location loss and some other things.

firstly im not a computer guy so this might be shit and hard to understand

i think this mainly applies to Steam users.

firstly make a back up copy of your @DAYZ folder and place it on desktop

then delete your AMRMA 2 OA, @DAYZ folder completly,

go to steam and right click AMRMA 2 OA and click properties, then local files tab, then click verify integrity of files, and let it download the missing files, if any.

now the best way to do this (for me) was to use the worrom updater and just let it install and DOWNLOAD the current dayz files, when that is done close it down.

go to www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php and download the top zip file in the green banner, extract and run.

now go to steam>steamapps>common>arma 2 operation arrowhead

and right click _runA2CO_beta and click EDIT or open with notepad

scroll to the bottom and find

:run

call "%_ARMA2OAPATH%\Expansion\beta\ARMA2OA.exe" "-mod=%_ARMA2PATH%;EXPANSION;ca;@dayz" "-mod=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion" (if there is any text after expansion delete it)

then add this

-nosplash -cpuCount=4 -winxp -world=empty -exThreads=7 %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9

so your complete line should look like this

:run

call "%_ARMA2OAPATH%\Expansion\beta\ARMA2OA.exe" "-mod=%_ARMA2PATH%;EXPANSION;ca;@dayz" "-mod=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion" -nosplash -cpuCount=4 -winxp -world=empty -exThreads=7 %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9

then save and close., right click the _runA2CO_beta and send to desktop (short cut) and then double click, should work
