I think with "is" you refer to the present. DayZ refers to a game in its Alpha Stage. WarZ refers to some screenshots, as there is no game anyone could play yet. If you were to ask what will be better in the future, DayZ supposed standalone on Arma 3 engine vs WarZ, to me DayZ will clearly win. Nice photoshop work by the way.
