Is BE #38 a cheat engine?

Is BE #38 a cheat engine? just had someone using it on server, was kicked as a game hack, just wanted to know if this is correct so as i can add him to the fast growing ban list :)

Pretty certain it is. Some players use CE to inject scripts.

thanks, i knew i heard the numbers before and after googling it it does seem to refer to scripts, just wanted to make sure before issuing a ban as BE only kicked him despite it showing as "Gamehack #38", not sure why only a kick, but there you go i suppose, thanks again
