I shot him 10 times in the head and he continued moving around unfazed. I called him out on hacks over the mic and he denied it, jumping off the building to prove it. I heard the bones crunch, but it took his character at least 15 seconds to die. (Turned off the hack.) Minutes later, a black SUV came strolling through town, driven by Chinaman and his buddy. I ended up killing them, only to be greeted by a Hatchback not even a minute after. He was in the drivers seat once again.
