herrjon 478 Posted August 6, 2012 So I've gotten my kick of solo play for now and I want to begin teaming up with people. My problem is I don't want to kill anyone in cold blood. I recall seeing some form of medic clan or rescue force, but I can't remember where. Do such groups exists, where they help players rather than hunt? Any recommendations? jingled@hotmail.com 86 Posted August 6, 2012 (edited) A medic group would be cool, but they couldn't fight back. :Pbeing a medic doesn't mean your stupid. my group who i play witht these days has its own medics. their rule? move in a squad of 3 ppl. 1 heading to help the injured. 2 on high ground giving cover for the injured+medic.usually a few warning shots right next to them will scare them off. Most guys partaking this particular faction have to put up with the high chance of murder. Besides, even if someone did kill you as you are trying to help them or be in the process of helping another person, they'll get really bad karma for doing so. If you want, you could add their name (and all that might possibly kill you in the future - not denying the possibility) to a post on the forums and get your own shitlist together; things will turn further south than Balota for them. bankst3r 45 Posted August 6, 2012 The Wasteland Medics are amazing. I am playing since Friday. While playing I have never met a friendly player. Either they shot me even before I could see them or some sniper hit me from far away. Of course I also had one hacker experience - everybody teleported to a room and got shot.After all those horrible experiences, my most amazing experience was getting helped by Lynx and Trooper from The Wasteland Medics. They patiently waited for me and when I couldn't find them they came to my location, patched me up and didn't expect anything in exchange. Of course they live a very dangerous life and I am sure there are many bandits trying to lure them into a trap.If the medics ever need help I will definitely be there for them.
