Is this a bug?

So, I went into a hospital in Cherno to find some medical supplies, I found 3 antibiotics, loads of bandages, loads of epi-pens and loads of morphine injectors. I then logged out because it was getting late (I made sure I waited 15 minutes to assure that the HIVE saved my character). Upon logging back in, the hospital glass is all repaired so I decide to shoot it with a silenced mp5, tried walking out, can't get out O_O.

Is this a bug or am I just incredibly retarded and doing something wrong?

Not sure, never encountered it before, I do know though that some people say they've repeatedly shot at hospital glass with all kinds of weapons but it won't break, I personally have shot it before and its broken, so I'm not too sure.
