A way to fix glitched backpacks on the ground.

Hi guys,

Quick fix i found for backpacks in supermarkets and stuff that you cannot pick up. What seems to usually happen is that the backpack spawns on other gear, so you need to pick up this other gear and drop it somewhere else. You can then pick up the backpack.

Hope this helps someone. Or maybe it's common knowledge and i'm retarded.

I found this out the hard way last night. I was trying to figure out why I couldn't pick up an ALICE pack. It spawned on top of a crossbow bolt and wouldn't let me pick it up. Good advice.

Its.. well common for anyone that had to solve it before, its not realy hard to figure out tbh.

Same with medical boxes in the hospital btw it often spawns with just a few items below it, pick it up and then access the box with all the items in it.

That is helpful.

You can also then open the backpack on the ground with mouse wheel.

Then, double click your existing backpack in the gear window.

Move items from right to left, then close inventory and pick up the new backpack.

It is common knowledge, and the title is misleading because i thought you meant the glich where you cant see the backpack you were wearing before after you pick a new backpack up, so yea...

At least you didn't find a coyote pack in someone's tent, replaced your alice with the new one, then you realize it's still an alice after you opened it and poof, can't find it >:(
