Spawned under a building in Novy

Ok, so i got killed by a hacker in a server so I left that server and went to another and respawned, whe nthe game loaded up I was in Novy Sober under a red building Floor. (I got out by rolling around) but i broke my legs soon as i got out, my game has been chopy as crap lol 5 fps maybe... I have a very good computer that runs this game on Very High setting. Even when I turn down the setting in low it still does the same thing... I have killed myself 3 time and respawned and still chopy on the beach.. any help?

I've spawned in Novy before, I actually preferred it!

if you run at the door hard enough you'll eventually break though (without breaking your legs)

be careful of the zombies that have spawned though! I died the first time I spawned in Novy because I didn't realize that 6 zombies spawned just for lil ol' me

but here is the thing, I wasn't having any issues with fps before i was spawned under that building... I had like over 100 all the time. I have uninstalled the game and I will reinstall tonight maybe that will fix it. not sure
