Keeping my vehicle.

I want an ATV. However, I cant be on to save it every few hours - is there any way I can ensure that it will not be deleted/moved by the server while im not around?

you don't have to save it every few hours. (not sure where you got that idea)

save it once and it should be there. BUT keep in mind that vehicles are very bugged at the moment and there are times when they just disappear for no reason at a server restart. If that happens, sometimes they come back when the server restarts again but sometimes they don't.

Gee, that sucks. Means I cant keep more than I can carry without a tent.

Yer.. when you save a vehicle/tent it will be there (+loot) for the next 7 days before it goes "inactive" and reset. You can ofc extend that period by saving it once a day to maintain it :)
