That means you need a new computer then, that graphics card is terrible and won't run it well at all, specially if that is the best graphics card your system can run.

DayZ is cpu intensive too.

Get a new computer, a good one.

well thats the best card dell service said i could use so i dont know if they just want me to buy their product or they are being honest. and i cant afford a new computer im just a kid

Game is all about cpu not gpu, card will run it fine if u have a 3ghz quad.

HD4650 is low-end VGA, its impossible to run DayZ (maybe 800x600 with 10fps) :o
