How do I get into Cherno Church?

There seems to be no way into Cherno Church. There are barbed wires as soon as you walk in the front door which stop you from entering. How do I get in?

The barbed wire there is placed by a player. You have to have a toolkit I believe to cut it.

Swap server, run into the church, disconnect and reconnect to the server with barbed wire, camp the church or loot it or just admire it.
