cant update arma 2.

I cant connect to servers via steam, it says wrong version or some battleye stuff, it says I have version 1.6.2 and it requests 1.6.2.9XXX.

Is the game playable only with six launcher, or can I make it work through steam?

I ask this because Six launcher is very slow, it takes me 10 mins to connect to a server, and 5 just to respawn.

I downloaded the dayzcommander, now after I downloaded the patch when I try to install it on my steam copy it says wrong CD key. I did have a pirate version of arma on my computer before, but I bought it from steam for DayZ.

How can I update my game?

Hey.

Download(DayZcommander): http://www.dayzcommander.com/

That is a server browser. And u can double click servers there and it will launch the game and join the server.

But to launch it through steam. In dayzcommander go to settings(top right). And under "Steam Options". Check both settings there.

I'm using that server browser and it works through steam. or the game works with steam.

I solved it, I had to run the game from steam with admin mod.

For the future, if you get messages about wrong cd key when installing new betas, just ignore the message and let it install.
