US 322 - 2 Hackers spawning in items

Arranged to meetup with a friend at the top of Khlem mountain. When I got there there were 2 guys in ghillie suits standing over a green ammo box, they were busy changing gear and I managed to kill both of them.

Their names are Caleb and ChadDick
