offensive defenses? maybe not crazy as it sounds

hey there!

Last night i had an idea and at first i though it was crazy.But after thinking about it, i changed my mind

So...every one knows that you will probably be able to create your own ''buildings'' in the future (well thats what i heard).So i though maybe we could add like defenses to protect our base.Lets say youre out of beans and you need to drop off some of your things at your base.you dont want to get robbed while youre gone.so maybe you could set up some kind of OFFENSIVE defense.Now youre probably saying :Offensive defense what the f*** are you talking about Boudha!Well i mean by that something like :booty trap,mine,sentries or stuff like that.

And now youre saying :WOW THATS TOO MUSH OP ITS SO UNBALANCED!

Maybe not cause look a this ive made so exemple down there :

Traps:

-the spike ball :

requires : -1 whell

-2 scrap metal

-1 wire fancing kit

how it works: first you take the wheel and but the sharp scrap metal pieces in it and then attach her to a treebranch or in a door way and

when some one pass by BAM! a spike ball to the face.

effects:cause bleeding and makes the target unconscious for a short amount of time

-the personnal mine:

requires : -2 grenades

-wire fancing kit

-ghuili suit (optional)

how it works : you attach the grenade ''ring'' to active it with the wire and but one grenade on each end and then hide it in a door way.

But you can also put it in the forest and make it even more stealthy by putting a ghuilli suit on them.

effects: -if right in the face: death

-if close :bleeding+unconscious

-if not that close : bleeding+kind of a flash-bang grenade effect

-if far : flash-bang effect

i got tons of other ideas but i think you got the point so tell me what you think. Would it be a great mechanic?

interesting idea, but i still think some stuff here are very "expensive" to use it boldly
