Spawning in grassy hills

Hi,

I spawn in grasslands with some low hills. There are other players but they are not moving, I can open their backpacks though. I tried relogging a few times, changed servers, but that doesn't help. I walked a bit, then relogged, I respawn where I walked to now. I guess I could wait until I die of dehydration, but I don't really want to do that..

Is there any other way?

Is there any player ID (besides my key :P) I could post to help?

EDIT:

Found someone with a similiar problem, he told me he just kept on retrying and at some point it worked. So for now I will just keep on retrying..

EDIT #2:

Someone else told me to go east. After 5 minutes there are trees. After 10 minutes there is a forest. On the other side of that forest, after ~20 minutes of walking, I arrived at a house with Zeds around, so I assume I am back in the game!

same happened to me spawned out off map in to the grass lands walked i while to east and i was back to the map.
