Help for a future player

Hi all, I saw this game and thought it looks great, but I need to buy Arma II and I was wondering if the mod can work with the Anniversary Edition or if you have to only have Arma II and Operation Arrowhead, I'm guessing it will work just want to play it safe.

A second question, is it possible to install the game and mod on multiple computers using the same Arma II game (if you understand what I mean, buying the game once and installing it on multiple computers) and then play at the same time?

Just a last thought, is the mod worth it to buy the game just for the mod, I mean I'm sure the game is great on its own but I doubt I would have bought had I not heard of the mod.

You need to have ARMA 2 and OA.

I know that but can the Arma X Anniversary Edition work with the mod is what I mean.

he means play on 2 PC at the same time with one account. not sure if that is possible you will probly need a second copy of arma2 and OA. and i think as long as you have arma2 and OA it should work. i have arma2 Combined operations. its probly along the same lines as the Anniversary Edition

No you can not use the same game on a bunch of different computers because of the need for a steam account and connection to battle eye. Yes the as far as I think the game is well worth the price for the operation arrow head.

When you go to use the free version go on youtube and find the video with the anime background at start and you'll be able to get in game then message me when your tired of dieing and need a team

Should only need 1 copy of Arma2 and 2 copys of Arma2 OA. This way you will have two diffrent keys. As far as the Anniversary Edidtion I do not know.

Well thanks for all the answers, I'll probably just stick with buying Arma II and OA, just to be sure. And thanks for letting me know about buying another OA, I probably would have found out eventually anyway.

The game is definately worth buying just for the mod, that's exactly what I've done and I don't regret it :)

I was talking about an ACC.

Steam is your online gaming shelf.

Buying a game from steam automaticly gets atached to your acc.

All you need from a diff comp is steam on it and an internet.

You can install it on as many PCs as you would like, but are restricted to playing on one at a time, if you want to have multiple accounts or to play with another person at the same time you will need more than one copy of the game.
