Bodies disappearing too quickly

Seriously, bit of a game breaker this, e.g. fought off two bandits, killed them both but was badly hurt, needed their supplies but both bodies despawned as I was taking meds from the first one.... leaving me in the middle of nowhere with no more meds or ammo and low on blood.

Might as well restart!
