Some kind of lag

since 2 days i get an unkown lag or something like that. i play normal with my friends but then they dont move anymore on my screen same for the zombies.

My friends see my Character normal running and i get the dmg if i get hit in this "lag".

At first i though that this is cause of a high ping but to this moment i had 50-60ms and this "lag" comes every 5-10mins.

I hope someone can help me.
