Unknown lag

Hello players,

last few days i've bought ArmA Combined Operations. And downloaded the DayZ mod. Great btw, but im here for a problem. When i play ArmA CO i don't have lag, just the missions, realy no lag. But if i play DayZ my FPS are REALY low, sometimes they increase, but sometimes they lower to only 5 FPS. But...if im at the main menu of DayZ the graphics are fast. You know...the camera on the main menu that rotates the whole time. It is realy fast. But when im in a server im starting to lag...anyone have the same problem or got a answer on this? It will realy help me.

P.S: Im running on a Dell laptop.
