Dead body no flies?

I went on a server and there was a dead player at Podelka Dam in front of the Barn. I spawned below and had to run up to the barn. It was weird. He was medium equipped. I looted from inside the barn as there were only 3 people on the server. There where no flies so i shot the guy a couple of times, to make sure he was dead, but still no flies.

I had plenty of times flies without body, but never the other way round. But i don't kill that often, so is that normal? I got suspicious it was a hacking trap, so i dced.

Yeah that one,

He was lying.. Might have been a zed death. Just no flies.

The barn is not on dayzdb so a slightly smaller chance of encounters.
