FPS Issues?

I just recently bought the game and downloaded it and installed the most recent patches in order to get into the game. Upon entering the game I start to experience sever fps issues. Even when I am trying to change the settings the game will freeze 1-4 seconds. I have been trying the solutions found on the forums here and still have yet to find a solution for myself.

My specs are as follows:

Win 7 Home Premium 64bit

Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.13GHz

RAM 6 GiGs

VIdeo Card: Geforce Gtx 260M 1Gig

Any help would be appreciated because I have been waiting to play this game for a while and would like to do so without having to dish out money for a new computer just yet since the one I have now runs almost all games with 60+fps.

Guessing laptop? CPU is gonna be your bottleneck, graphics card is ok but not too far behind your CPU...

Well i had the same experence try closing six launcher as it also causes sheet fps
