daspope 146 Posted August 5, 2012 theres literally like 3+ of these posts per day lately. Run DxDiag on your computer and compare your full system report to the system requirements of the game...or... a better judgement would be to download Arma 2 Free, and run that. if your computer runs Arma2 Free to acceptable standards for you, then you shouldnt have a problem with DayZ.http://www.arma2.com/free/
generalginger27 16 Posted August 5, 2012 Actually DayZ and ARMA 2 are playable by Intel HD if you have an i5 and 4 gigs of ram or more.

Mos1ey 6301 Posted August 5, 2012 (edited) Actually DayZ and ARMA 2 are playable by Intel HD if you have an i5 and 4 gigs of ram or more.Yeah, with 10 FPS on 'low' graphics. Have fun...Like someone else said - get ARMA II Free. You have to bear in mind that the textures in the free version are a bit lower res and Chernaraus (DayZ map) is incredibly intensive to run, so you will lag more in DayZ than ARMA II Free though.I play ARMA II maxed out with 60+FPS, but I have to turn a couple things down in DayZ. FrankFisher 46 Posted August 5, 2012 Seriously, some games are playable with low frame rates, but ARMA/DayZ is not one of them. Trust me I have similar specs to you and play with 2GB RAM...
