I loaded Arma2 with my steam acc on my friends PC so he could try, now he bought it and SixUpdater still loads my acc?

Try loading his version of the game up normally so his game key is being used (Combined Operations) and then trying, if you don't have any luck I guess you'll have to re-installed Six Updater.

My fix: uninstall Arma2 CO on both machines and restart fresh. The only thing I can think of to help you. I bet there are easier ways, but that should work.
