Jen (DayZ) 4 Posted August 5, 2012 (edited) Calling all people who stream this game:Hola amigops. I have just recently started streaming DayZ and I believe I have found my stream settings in Xsplit. However, I get 10FPS while actually playing the game. I've been searching around the interwebz for the past few days and I couldn't find anything that helped me. Honestly, if you guys could just get me to 20FPS while I stream, I'll be a happy panda. Here are my specs:AMD Athlon ll X4 630 (P) 2.8 GHz Processor6GB PC3-10600 DDR3 SDRAM (3 x 2GB, 16GB max)Galaxy GeForce GT 430 1GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics CardHere are my current in-game settings, Xsplit settings, and Nvidia control panel settings:In-game: http://gyazo.com/72e...9e56e741e088661Xsplit: http://i.imgur.com/vAzeq.jpgNvidia Part 1: http://gyazo.com/ed4...1f47bfa137b6b00Nvidia Part 2: http://gyazo.com/ed4...1f47bfa137b6b00Again, I get almost 0 lag on my stream, but in-game I'm pulling 10FPS in big cities. Say I'm in Prigo, I get an easy 30. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and my beans go to the fellow survivors who fix this. :) Edited August 5, 2012 by Jen
Daemonidz 0 Posted August 10, 2012 First, it looks like you have it in windowed mode. If you have bought xsplit then you should really be using fullscreen and capture the game with the 'add game' under the add drop down menu, it is far more efficient when dealing with games. Secod, on the general settings you need to have "interweave audio and video" so that your video and audio never de-syn. (really important) Third, on the picture of xsplit i see your bitrate is 400, depending on what resolution you are streaming that needs to be bumped WAY up. 400 is very low and could be slowing you down. On the video encoding preset, set it back to normal or default, fast KILLS bandwidth which doesn't help you at all. On the Location part of the settings where is says location, click that and find which server is closest to you, it is more efficient and makes everything faster. That iis about all i have for you at the moment. If it still doesn't help you i will try to figure something out. Good luck with the stream! as a fellow new streamer i know how tough it can be sometimes, hang in there!~~ Nids
